Research and strategic design of the largest productive inclusion hub in Brazil, aiming to impact 5 million people by 2032 through education, financing, market access, and mobilization (culture and public policies). Research was conducted on productive inclusion in Brazil, along with an internal survey involving all Ambev teams to align actions, and consultations with experts on the topic. Based on this research, priority target groups and territories with the greatest potential of impact were identified, and a plan for the hub’s cycles, areas of operation, implementation partners, and a Framework for Project Evaluation, Integration, and Impact Measurement was developed.
