About This Project

Development of an open innovation programme on Food Waste Reduction for Pluxee, a global partner in employee benefits, and for Yunus Social Business.
The programme featured three different solutions developed by start-ups that were implemented in restaurants and retailers over 12 weeks. The result was the donation of 481 meals to NGOs and promotions for around 30,000 products nearing their expiry date, seeking to avoid their disposal and, consequently, increase the establishments’ revenue.
